In the case of freshly prepared cement flooring, for excellent results the floor must be washed with very dilute hydrochloric acid (1:100) to neutralize the alkalinity, then thoroughly rinsed with water and allowed to dry. Without any primer coating, Agsar floor coat can be applied.
In the case of old floors, the floor to be painted should be dry and free from grease, oil, dirt and loose particles. Do not apply too thick a coat. Allow the paint to dry hard before applying the second coat.
