Agsar Cement Primer (Oil Base) is an ideal cement primer for interior and exterior application with goods resistance to alkali and dampness Agsar cement primer (oil base) is recommended for use on plastered walls, asbestos, concrete etc. It may be used as a priming coat before application of synthetic enamels or matt finish on walls. It can also be used before repainting a wall with a different color to ensure maximum asking of the existing color.

General Directions for use

Surface Preparation Clean the surface thoroughly — remove dust, grease, loose particles, and efflorescence. Fill all cracks and holes with appropriate putty and allow to dry fully.

Priming Apply one coat of Agsar Cement Primer (water base or oil base as suitable). Allow the primer coat to dry completely before proceeding.

First Coat Application Apply the paint evenly using a brush, roller, or spray gun. Maintain a uniform thickness across the entire surface for consistent finish.

Drying Interval Allow at least 4–6 hours for hard drying. Drying time may vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity conditions.

Second Coat Apply the second coat for optimum coverage, depth of colour, and a flawless premium finish.
For best results, apply between 15 °C – 40 °C. Avoid application in direct sunlight or during rain.
