Floor Coat Black

Agsar Aluminium Paint

Agsar Aluminium Paint can with stand atmospheric corrosion. Excellent longevity and good heat resisting property coupled with higher covering capacity are the salient features. It is a two-pack system where the paste and medium are packed separately in the same container. Agsar Aluminium Paint is suitable for application oil tanks, gasholders, girders, trusses, corrugated roofs, pipelines etc. It has goods hardness, flexibility and water resistance. 1. Method of application Brushing or spraying 5. Primers to be used Ferrous surface: Agsar Red Oxide Metal Primer Aluminium or Galvanised steel: Agsar Zinc Chrome Red Oxide Metal Primer Wood : Agsar Wood Primer Plaster :Agsar Cement Primer (Oil Base) 6. Dry film thickness (1 coat) 12 – 15 microns 12. General Directions for use The surface to be painted should be dry and free from rust, Grease, Oil and loose matter. On new surfaces, first give a primer coating as recommended. If the surface is already painted with Aluminium paint it should be rubbed with fine sand paper and thoroughly cleaned before Agsar Aluminium paint is applied. Mix the entire quantity of supplied Aluminium paste with a small quantity of medium and then add the mixer to the remaining medium. The viscosity obtained during mixing is suitable for both brushing and spraying. A second coat should be applied after drying for 10 to 12 hours.

Agsar Red Oxide Metal Primer

Agsar Red Oxide Metal Primer is an ideal rust inhibiting primer for ferrous surfaces. It is specially formulated as a quick drying primer for use. When a fast drying primer is required, Agsar red oxide metal primer may be thinned with nitrocellulose thinner for quick air-drying purpose. Agsar red oxide metal primer is ideal for use on iron structural in buildings such as beams, girders, grills, iron doors, windows, motor cars, truck bodies etc. 1. Heat Resisting Aluminium Paint

Agsar Heat Resistant Aluminium Paint is an ideal aluminium paint with excellent heat resistance properties. It is ideally suitable for application on equipments such as stoves, air ovens, furnaces, hot chambers etc. Or places, which have to withstand higher temperatures than the normal atmospheric temperature. Agsar Heat Resistant Aluminium Paint gives a silver-like finish and brilliant luster to the surfaces painted with it. Agsar Heat Resistant Aluminium Paint is supplied as a two-pack system where Aluminium base and medium are packed separately. It has good hardness, water resistance and heat resistance. It is specially formulated to combine water resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. It withstands a temperature of about 350°-400° C. 1. Plaster of Paris

Agsar Plaster Of Paris can be used for making False ceiling work, Chalk pieces, toys and moulds. Minor cracks and gabs in walls, ceilings, wood works etc. can be filled with Agsar Plaster Of Paris. 1. Physical Form Supplied as a powder 2. Packs available 50 Kg,5Kg,3Kg,1 Kg and 500gm 3. Areas of Application Wall and wooden work 4. Directions for use Mix thoroughly with sufficient amount of water to get a thick paste(Generally 600 ml to 700 ml water required for 1Kg POP) . Apply this thick paste using a putty knife or apply a thin coating using a brush. After sufficient drying, the surface can be smoothened using a nice emery paper. This is applicable for repairing the cracks, gapes in cement walls and plaster ceilings also.

Putty Chalk Powder

Agsar Putty Chalk Powder can be used for making smooth wall putty finish on the wall. 1. Physical Form Supplied as a powder 2. Packs available 50 Kg ,25 Kg,5Kg,3Kg,1 Kg and 500gm 3. Areas of Application Wall and wooden work 4. Directions for use Mix thoroughly with sufficient amount of water/oil base primer to get a thick paste. Epoxy Paint

Agsar Epoxy Paint is supplied as a two pack system where Epoxy Base and Hardener are packed separately. Epoxy base and hardener have to be mixed just before use and mixed paint must be completely used within an hour. It gives a very smooth finish, which can withstand extreme climatic conditions. It is ideally suitable for use on pipelines in industries, which are constantly exposed to the action of sun, rain and fumes. It can withstand wear and tear better than any other paint. It is an excellent choice for coating the exterior of chemical plants and machineries such as conveyor belts etc and Marine Equipments. 1. General Directions for use The Agsar Epoxy base and hardener are mixed in the ratio of 4:1 by volume in just sufficient quantity, so that the mixed Epoxy paint is used up completely within about 30 to 40 minutes of mixing. The surface to be painted should be dry and free from grease, oil, dirt, rust and other loose particles. A second coat should be applied after drying for 10 to 12 hours.

Anticorrosive Black

Agsar Anti-corrosive Black Primer is an ideal coating particularly for surfaces exposed to humid and saline conditions. It gives excellent protection against corrosion at an economical price. Apart from the first quality Anti-corrosive Black Primer specially made for under chassis of vehicle are also available. Agsar Anticorrosive Black Primer is recommended for protecting iron and steel structures where black color is not objectionable. It is waterproof and to some extent acid and alkali proof also. 1. Viscosity of supply 10 sec by Ford cup No.B6 at 30° C 2. Packs available 20,4,1 lit and 500ml 3 Surface to be painted Iron, Wood, concrete, cement plaster etc. 4 Primers to be used Red oxide metal primer. However, two coats of Agsar Anti-corrosive BlackPrimer without any metal primer undercoat will also give satisfactory results. 5. Method of application Brush, roller and spray 6. Termicheck

Termicheck is an all purpose wood preserver formulated for the prevention and eradication of wood boring insects such as termites or white ants and most types of wood rotting fungi & bacteria. It protects practically any wood that has been attacked or is under threat. It can be applied on internal and external timber : (i) floor coat (ii) window frames (iii) garden furniture (iv) door frames etc. It protects the new and old wood against rotting. Hence, prevention is better than cure. 1. Packs available 20,5,1 Lit and 500, 250ml 2 Surface to be painted Old & New wooden surfaces 3. Method of application By brush 4 Drying time Surface drying within 10 minutes. 5. Average Coverage capacity per coat 150-170 sq.feet /litre per coat. This may vary with the surface coated. 6. General Directions for use The surface to be painted should be dry and free from rust, grease, oil and loose matter. Apply a coat of Termicheck. After 20 min apply a second coat. After one day, the surface is ready for painting or polishing. Termicheck penetrates deep into the wood, building up long lasting protection against fungal attack and wet & dry rot. So it is easy to protect and decorate all in one go. 7. Precaution Wash the hands well with detergent after applying Termicheck.

Directions for use Mix cement, sand and aggregate at 1:2:4 ratio or any other approved mix design. Mix 200ml Mr.Hydro Proof with required amount of water. ( do not add Hydro Proof directly to the cement. ) Add this water to the dry concrete mix. Mix thoroughly to obtain a workable consistency for plastering.

Agsar Water Proof

Universal Stainer

Agsar Universal Stainer is specially formulated to get any desired shade. It tints or colors any paint, emulsion, oil paint or distemper. In fact, Agsar Universal Stainer mixes with all paints-air drying or stoving; glass and matt; interior or exterior mixing is quick and complete. Just add and stir vigourosly to get the unlimited range of beautiful shades. Agsar Universal Stainer has excellent tintorial strength. A little is enough. It is light fast and intermixable. It is available in many attractive shades for customer to choose. 1. Then thin the paint for application consistency and start apply. Remember the fact that staining should be done only before thinning the paint. Don’t use more Stainer that what is necessary. Shake the Stainer container vigorously before adding it.

TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY a) This warranty shall be effective on and from the date__________ on which the customer has registered this warranty in the manner recommended by the company and by providing all requisite details required by the company. This warranty shall be valid only if the registration is done within thirty (30) days from the date of the purchase of the product. b) The company, if deemed necessary, may appoint a representative to inspect and monitor the application of the product. c) The company’s liability shall reduce over the warranty period as per the scale provided herein. d) Where any claim arises during the warranty period, the period will not start afresh after settlement of the claim. e) This warranty will be applicable on interior vertical walls only. f) The base coat will be Agsar Paints Port City (Hi gloss) Enamel as basecoat. APPLICABILITY This warranty is applicable only if, a) The basecoat have been applied on the entire vertical masonry surface in the manner prescribed by the company in the product data sheet/product container. b) The volume of the basecoat purchased and used at a particular site is at least 20 liters. c) 2-3 coats of the topcoat with minimum 20 liters of usage at a particular site is mandatory to avail this warranty. d) In any painting site, 2 coats of the basecoat is compulsory to avail this warranty. e) The basecoat are applied at a coverage rate specified in the product data sheet. f) Cracks up to 3mm on the surface are filled with Agsar Paints Putty Knife paste as per the application instructions provided in the product data sheet. g) Water spouts are in accordance with the standard civil practices. h) Walls should be free from water leakage or seepage. i) No vertical surface, including but not limited to duct areas, is left uncoated due to inaccessibility. j) Surface preparation and the application of the product has been done as per the instructions provided in the product data sheet. k) A site visit for pre-inspection of the surface to be coated by the product by the company’s representative shall be required in cases where the volume of the topcoat purchased and used at a particular site exceed 200 liters. WARRANTY LIABILITY a) The warranty only provides for replacement cost of paint as per the reducing scale provided hereinafter, solely for re-application purposes, in order to make good the affected areas. b) The liability of the company under this warranty is limited only to: · Paint failure and anti-fungal properties for all the 3 combinations. c) Any extra cost which is borne by the customer, the company shall not be liable and held responsible for the same. The company shall not be liable in case of any defects arising out of workmanship. d) This warranty on the product is the sole and exclusive warranty given by the company. e) Save and except the warranty set out herein, there are no other warranties whether express or implied under law. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS a) The horizontal / vertical surfaces are not coated with the product. b) Water ingress through interior vertical surfaces on any part of the surface not protected with the product. c) Water leakage or seepage in the walls through interior ceiling sources such as broken water pipes, damaged sewerage lines, water leakage from toilets and kitchens due to faulty or rusted pipelines, air-conditioning units and plant pots, water leakage, seepage and continuous dampness from water penetration due to capillary rise from the ground level, etc. d) Defects in the design of the building including the roof. e) Failure or damage caused by the previous coating, if any. f) Structural defects including cracks up to 3 mm not cured with Agsar Paints Crack filler paste. g) Improper surface preparation such as presence of contaminants or moisture. h) Failure of the underlying plaster or putty coat or any other coat which in turn causes the failure of the product. i) For reasons not under the control of the company: · Vandalism · Vegetative growth, excessive bird droppings, spitting, damage caused due to insects. · Acts of God including but not limited to earthquakes, cyclones, floods, torrential rain. · Abuse or negligence by the customer. · Failure due to reasons solely attributable to the contractor/Painter. CLAIMS · Any claim made under the terms and conditions of this warranty shall be made within 15 days from the customer discovering any defect, damage or failure which gives rise to claim. Agsar Damp Fight Terrace Coat Emulsion

Agsar Damp Fight Terrace Coat Emulsion is superior quality heat reflective water based coating, reduces the temperature of the roof so called open Terrace. This leads to reduction of temperature (approximately 7 to 9 Deg C) inside the room for us to live. The elastomeric nature of the coating bridges minor cracks and it has good water proofing property also. It is easy to apply either with brush or with roller and no need to remove existing brickbat coba, if it is in sound condition. 1. Viscosity of supply 120-125 Krebs unit at 30° C 2. It must be free from dirt, fungus, algae and loose matter. Surface Imperfections such as holes, dents and fine cracks are to be filled with Agsar Number 1 wall putty or a mixture of grey cement and fine sand only (in the ratio of 1:3). Apply as such without dilution either by roller or by brush. If required 100ml maximum water can be added for 1 Liter of Terrace coat. Second coat can be given after 4 – 6 hours of painting first coat. Three coats are recommended for achieving better performance. WARRANTY CERTIFICATE Agsar Paints (P) Ltd (referred to as" Company") offers Ten years Warranty* from date of purchase, on the application system for its product Damp Fight only on application on terrace horizontal surfaces. The Damp Fight system consists of usage of Agsar Paints Damp Fight Terrace coat emulsion (hence for the referred to as Damp Fight Terrace coat) as per the system of application mentioned in the product information sheet for horizontal surfaces. 1. Minimum Purchase For the warranty to be valid: 1. Minimum 40 Lit of Damp Fight Terrace coat emulsion should have been purchased and consumed on a single building 2. Entire terrace along with parapet needs to be enveloped as recommended 2. Extent of Warranty a. When the total volume of the said system purchased exceeds 40 Lit and the usage on a particular site exceeds 40 Lit. b. For sites where the quantity of the said system usage exceeds 200 Lit, the Warranty is applicable, subject to satisfactory pre-inspection of the exterior surface to be painted by the Company's representative. c. Only the surface immediately underneath the terrace or the top floor of the building, as the case may be, shall be covered under this warranty. The warranty shall not cover the cases of water seepage from surfaces NOT covered with Damp Fight Terrace coat under normal use and service, the roof or vertical walls of building which is not coated by Damp Fight Terrace coat should be free of water leakage or seepage. d. The Company will only provide replacement paint for re-application of coating, as may be necessary to set right the Paint Failure in the affected portion only in accordance with Liability as indicated in the ‘Liability’ section. e. Throughout this warranty the word “paint failure’ shall mean any of the following occurring, subject to the other conditions laid down under this warranty: f. Film integrity, flaking and peeling of the paint Damp Fight Terrace coat caused by one coat of paint coming off from another or the paint film coming off the substrate g. The paint film shows blistering, splits, tears, cracks or shows evidence of excessive weathering due to defective material h. External watering rest through terraces/parapet walls i. The Company at its own discretion may appoint a person to inspect and validate the application as per the directions specified. d. The Warranty shall be for a period often (10) years on terrace waterproofing and anti-algal performance from the Commencement Date. e. Damp Fight Terrace coat system has been used for terraces on concrete or bare plaster and that the entire terrace is enveloped including parapets till a height of 2feet below the terrace-parapet joint on the outer wall /Exterior wall b. Damp Fight Terrace coat is applied at coverage rate specified in the Product InformationSheeti.e.0.75-1 sq.mt/lit (8-10sq.ft./lit). c. Cracks upto 3mm on the surface are filled with Crack Filler applied as per instructions in its PIS before application of Damp Fight Terrace coat. d. Terracehasbeenthoroughlypreparedintermsofrepairworkandcleaningto remove grease, dust, loose particles and other elements e. Suitable slope is provided to the roof to avoid water-ponding. f. Loose plaster, structural cracks are repaired as per standard construction practices. g. Previous water proofing treatment (2k cement based/bituminous etc) if any is completely removed to reach bare plaster. h. In case of adjoining terraces (separated by a common parapet wall), the terrace not coated with DampFight Terrace coat does not have any leakages Liability: a. The Company's liability will reduce over the warranty period according to the following scale: 1. In the first 12months after Commencement Date–100%of replacement cost 2. The Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damages to the Customer. The Customer's exclusive and sole remedy under this Warranty shall be as mentioned herein this clause. 11. Conditions of Warranty: a. Damp Fight Terrace coat must have been applied as per our instructions and technical data current at the time of purchase and good working practice. b. Warranty will be applicable only for seepage from terrace & parapet walls if Damp Fight Terrace coat is applied on the terrace. It is not applicable for water seepage from vertical surfaces or outer walls where Damp Fight Terrace coat / Don bases has not be applied c. Warrantywillbenotbeapplicableincaseofleakagesthroughwaterstorage tanks on terraces(any leakages through storage tanks must be identified & rectified as per standard civil practices) h. Exposure of SDamp Fight Terrace coat to damaging substances such as chemicals, solvents or oils. i. Building or structural expansion or additions or reductions, shifting, distortion, failure or cracking of building components. j. Puncturing of cured membrane due to sharp objects, movements of heavy articles, fixing of antenna or other structures on the terrace k. Removal, excavation or replacement of concrete or other materials in connection with the testing, repair, removal or replacement of the product. l. Leaks or damages resulting from Acts of God including but not limited to lightning,flood,wind,earthquake,hurricane,tornado,hailorotherviolent storm or casualty or impact of stated or unstated objects. m. Leaks or damages resulting from any additional installations on the surface coated with the system or usage on surfaces that already has pre-installed elements that is not consistent with the recommended application. a. The Warranty will cover only manufacturing defects of Damp Fight Terrace coat and will not cover any defects arising out of factors out of control of the Company, including but not limited to: i. Paint failures due to structural defects, moss and other vegetative growth, excessive bird droppings/spitting, water leakage and seepage within the building structure and continuous dampness of the surface, staining due to plant pots ii. Natural calamities such as earthquakes, cyclones iii. Failure or defects in the structure or previous coating iv. Vandalism v. Acts of God vi. Abuse or negligence by the Customer vii. Causes other than defects in Damp Fight Terrace coat Improper surface preparation viii. Surface with contaminants and not dry ix. Normal wear andtear x. Any act or omission on the part of the Contractor/Painter causing the Damp Fight Terrace coat a system to be defective by any means. xi. Weak/de bonded plaster surface, structural defects in the building xii. Broken water sprout, old water pipelines etc 6. Owner’s responsibilities: a. Roofs coated with Damp Fight Terrace coat may become slippery after rains. Care must be exercised while accessing such roofs. APL does not take any responsibility for the safety of persons accessing the roof under such conditions. b. Owner should exercise normal housekeeping and after care post application of Damp Fight Terrace coat system. 7. Claims and Repairs a. Any claim made in terms of this Warranty shall be made within 30 days of the consumer discovering any defect, damage or failure which gives rise to a claim. b. The consumer shall forth with notify the Company of the claim providing full details thereof, and shall set out the basis on which it believes that the Company is liable in terms of the Warranty. c. The Company reserves the right to carry out inspections of the paint application process, in which the Damp Fight Terrace coat system is alleged to have failed and to perform any tests in respect thereof, and may do so either itself or by means of any person nominated by it. Prior to such inspection or testing, the consumer shall not be entitled to perform any repairs to or remove or tamper with any part of the system. d. The Company shall use its best endeavors to ensure that the paint required for repairs is available as soon as possible at the place where the repairs are to be carried out, but does not assume liability for delay in this respect. e. The Company, in its sole discretion shall be entitled to i. Control/monitor re-painting which is to be carried out in accordance with all its specifications and instructions; and ii. Appointacontractorand/orapprovethecontractorappointedbytheCustomer. 8. Miscellaneous: a. This Warranty disclaims any liabilities, contracts, tort or otherwise including negligence and strict liability and the Company makes no warranty or Merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose what so ever for Damp Fight Terrace coat system. There are no warranties expressed or implied under law, which extend beyond the warranty set out herein. b. If any dispute arises between the Company and the Customer, in respect of the above Warranty, neither shall commence any court or arbitration proceedings relating to the dispute, unless they have first complied through mediation. c. In case of any disputes, the same is subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of the courts of Tuticorin. d. The facts and all matters concerning any dispute will be kept confidential by both the Customer and the Company at all times. APPLICABILITY This warranty is applicable only if, a) The topcoat and the basecoat have been applied on the entire horizontal / vertical masonry surface in the manner prescribed by the company in the product data sheet/product container. b) The volume of the topcoat purchased and used at a particular site is at least 300 liters. c) 2-3 coats of the topcoat with minimum 40 liters of usage at a particular site is mandatory to avail this warranty. d) In any painting site, 2 coats of the basecoat is compulsory to avail this warranty. e) The topcoat and basecoat are applied at a coverage rate specified in the product data sheet. f) Cracks up to 3mm on the surface are filled with Agsar Paints Crack filler paste as per the application instructions provided in the product data sheet. g) Water spouts are in accordance with the standard civil practices. h) Walls should be free from water leakage or seepage. i) No vertical surface, including but not limited to duct areas, is left uncoated due to inaccessibility. j) Surface preparation and the application of the product has been done as per the instructions provided in the product data sheet. k) A site visit for pre-inspection of the surface to be coated by the product by the company’s representative shall be required in cases where the volume of the topcoat purchased and used at a particular site exceed 100 liters. WARRANTY LIABILITY a) The warranty only provides for replacement cost of paint as per the reducing scale provided hereinafter, solely for re-application purposes, in order to make good the affected areas. b) The liability of the company under this warranty is limited only to: · Paint failure and anti-fungal properties for all the 3 combinations. c) Any extra cost which is borne by the customer, the company shall not be liable and held responsible for the same. The company shall not be liable in case of any defects arising out of workmanship. d) This warranty on the product is the sole and exclusive warranty given by the company. e) Save and except the warranty set out herein, there are no other warranties whether express or implied under law. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS a) The horizontal / vertical surfaces are not coated with the product. b) Water ingress through interior horizontal / vertical surfaces on any part of the surface not protected with the product. c) Water leakage or seepage in the walls through interior ceiling sources such as broken water pipes, damaged sewerage lines, water leakage from toilets and kitchens due to faulty or rusted pipelines, air-conditioning units and plant pots, water leakage, seepage and continuous dampness from water penetration due to capillary rise from the ground level, etc. d) Defects in the design of the building including the roof. e) Failure or damage caused by the previous coating, if any. f) Structural defects including cracks up to 3 mm not cured with Agsar Paints Crack filler paste. g) Improper surface preparation such as presence of contaminants or moisture. h) Failure of the underlying plaster or putty coat or any other coat which in turn causes the failure of the product. i) For reasons not under the control of the company: · Vandalism · Vegetative growth, excessive bird droppings, spitting, damage caused due to insects. · Acts of God including but not limited to earthquakes, cyclones, floods, torrential rain. · Abuse or negligence by the customer. · Failure due to reasons solely attributable to the contractor/Painter. CLAIMS · Any claim made under the terms and conditions of this warranty shall be made within 15 days from the customer discovering any defect, damage or failure which gives rise to claim. The decision of the company to accept or reject any claim lodged under the terms of this warranty shall be final and binding on the customer. · The customer shall also retain the original invoice(s) raised by the dealer(s)/contractor(s). · The company’s authorised personnel shall verify that all the products prescribed by the company have been purchased in the required quantities and used as recommended by the company. GENERAL TERMS · This warranty is non-assignable and non-transferable. · In case of any dispute, the same is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Tuticorin. · All parties at all time will keep all matters and facts concerning any dispute, confidential. · The section heading in this warranty are for convenience of interpretation only and do not have any legal or contractual effect. Agsar Synthetic Surfacer Primer - Grey

Agsar Synthetic Surfacer Primer Grey is an ideal rust inhibiting primer for ferrous surfaces. It is specially formulated as a quick drying primer for use. When a fast drying primer is required, Agsar Synthetic Surfacer Primer grey may be thinned with nitrocellulose thinner for quick air-drying purpose. Agsar Synthetic Surfacer Primer grey is ideal for use on iron structural in buildings such as beams, girders, grills, iron doors, windows, motor cars, truck bodies etc. 1. Viscosity of supply 90-100 seconds by Ford Cup No.B4 30° C 2. Packs available 20,4,1 lit and 500 ml 3. Surface to be painted Ferrous metals 4. Method of application Brushing and spraying 5. Viscosity of application Brushing 55-65 seconds; Spraying 30-40 seconds at a pressure of 3.5Kg/cm2 6. Thinner to be used General purpose thinner or N.C. Thinner depending upon requirement 7. Drying time 1. When general purpose thinner is used – Surface drying: 30 minutes to 1 hour. Hard drying:Less than 18 hours depending upon the atmospheric conditions of temperature and humidity. 2. General Directions for use The surface to be painted should be dry and free from ruse, dirt, grease, oil and loose matter. The primer can then be applied by brush or spray. The primer coat should be hard dry before any finish coat is applied.

Agsar Premium Gold Paint (High Gloss)

Agsar Premium Gold Paint (Hi Gloss) is a quick drying solvent based acrylic paint which can be applied to metal, concrete, gypsum, wood to provide a rich gold effect finish. It is formulated for application by brush, providing a uniform distribution of metallic gold pigment across the substrate, giving a smooth finish. For decorating walls, plasters, wood and metal surfaces. It is recommended to paint on smaller areas to achieve best results. 1. Viscosity of supply 90-110 seconds by Ford Cup No.B4 2. Packs available 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml and 1 Litre 3 Surface to be painted Metals, concrete, Wood and gypsum. 4. Method of application Brushing 5. Primers to be used Ferrous surface: Agsar Red Oxide Metal Primer / Agsar Zinc Chrome yellow Metal Primer Wood : Agsar Wood Primer Plaster :Agsar Cement Primer (Oil Base) 6. Viscosity of Application At supply viscosity 7. Thinner to be used No dilution is necessary for best performance. If necessary, dilute with not more than 5% solvent. Air spray: Dilute with 10 – 15% solvent. 8 Coverage capacity 73-78 Sq.Feet /litre per coat depending upon the surface. 9. Drying Time Touch Dry:10 – 20 mins at 30 ºC ,Hard Dry: 20 - 25 mins at 30 ºC,OVERCOATING TIME: 35 - 45 mins minimum at 30 ºC 10. Finish Hi Gloss premium (Pearl effect), smooth, metallic effect finish 11. Dry film thickness (1 coat) 12 – 15 microns 12. General Directions for use The surface to be painted should be dry and free from rust, Grease, Oil and loose matter. On new surfaces, first give a primer coating as recommended. If the surface is already painted with paint it should be rubbed with fine sand paper and thoroughly cleaned before applying Agsar premium gold (Hi gloss) paint. Stir well and mix the entire quantity of supplied Agsar premium gold (Hi gloss) paint for uniform flow. Check the flow after viscosity obtained during mixing is suitable for both brushing and spraying. A second coat if required should be applied after drying for 35 to 45 mins. CLEANING:All equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
